This website describes professional services related to the financial audit of insurance underwriting applications and related file reviews. Website content is informational. A binding engagement exists only when we confirm scope and fee in writing.
No underwriting authority
Data Index Hub does not bind insurance, place risk, or act as an insurer, broker, or coverholder unless a separate written appointment says otherwise. Our findings are advisory for your underwriting or brokerage judgment.
