Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, selected audit type, preferred review window)
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Engagement documents you later provide under a separate scope (treated as confidential client materials)

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.

Purposes

  • Responding to audit and fee enquiries
  • Scheduling and delivering professional services
  • Improving site performance when analytics are enabled
  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations

We process enquiry data because you request a response and because we have a legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask before setting them. See our cookie notice.

Retention

  • Enquiry form messages: up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is needed for an engagement or dispute
  • Engagement working papers: retained according to the written engagement letter, typically 5–7 years
  • Analytics data: per the analytics provider’s settings, generally 14 months or less

Recipients

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Client underwriting packs are shared only with named reviewers and, where required, with parties you authorise.

International transfers

Our practice is based in Thailand. If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. You may ask us which providers are involved in your enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email info@dataindex-hub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai data protection authority.

Security

We apply access controls, secure transfer methods for packs, and staff confidentiality expectations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use the channels we specify for sensitive files.

Children

This site is directed at business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting changes here with a revised date.
