Preparing a pack for review from Phuket

Remote review works when the pack is organised. Before you send files to Data Index Hub:

• Use a single folder tree: application, schedules, financials, correspondence.
• Name files with dates and versions — “final_final2” wastes a morning.
• Flag pages that exist only in Thai or only in English if the pack is mixed.
• State the bind deadline in the transfer email, not only inside a buried broker note.
• Tell us what has already been challenged by a market, so we do not rediscover settled points.
